Changes in events:

- my god, too much to note. Most of the changes are for New Order East compatibility...
- Lend Lease USSR adjusted (no IC rise, much more resources/supplies added),
- after sucess in Spain and Portugal US AI returns to default invasion priorities (USA_War) - core_AI file,
- in core_Tech file added new version of Lend Lease USSR (still needs tweaking), USSR capital evacuation to Kujbyshev and UK guarantees of independence to Greece (description missing),
- in bolted events Czech equipment to Germany tweaked (they get basic light tank 30mm instead of basic medium prototype or can choose to create 2 panzer divs. - suggested on forum),
- in italy.txt (original file) agression on Albania modified - now Italy gets calaim to Albania - it helps to start war with Greece.

Changes in inc files:
- Germany got proper tank models,
- Chechoslovakia got proper tank techs (light tank 30mm+),
- all files got proper 'national' doctrines disabled,
- all files got preambule with movement/attack/defense modifiers,
- minor countries got modified cost of tech level research (70%), time and aplications costs remain constant,
- in german file basic light tank MG is removed (suggested on forum),
- in UK file one infantry div from India is moved to Egipt (it really helps) and fleet is moved from Alexandria to Malta (to avoid Italian inteception - it was very common in stand off games).

In Ai files:
- Commonwealth now cooperates with tech exchange,
- USA now got more sneaky invasion targets,
- Germans now build subs and actually use those. Also research rockets, nukes - and all the time develop practical techs. Removed alternative AI's ("bohr'), added 36-38 ai without land doctrine development. Ladies and gentelmen, this AI kicks ass. :)
- USSR - now they guard Manchurian border and ignore UK and AFG borders. Got 4 AI's - ussr, ussr1940 and ussr rebound (starts working after USA joins or Germans are close to Moscov). Agressive attacks actually sometimes stop Wehrmacht. After reaching Berlin, USSR switches for more balanced development (and GPW effect "wears off").
- UK - added priority to garrison Libian border and added Roxxor front AI elements.

In models:
- added suggestions from forum.


Chages in techs and units for 0.6:

Doctrines:
- Bushido Codex split on two doctrines - land (Bushido) and sea (Kamiakze attacks),
- all doctrines got extra info in case of being 'national',
- added doctrine 11514 - End of Great Patriotic War + event triggering it,


Industry:
- all 1.0 coversion rates changed on 0.9,
- lowered bonus for Mass Production (cost, not time).

Land:

- bergsjager (manpower +2),
- cavalry (manpower +2),
- paratrooper (manpower = 12),

- fighters at night are much less effective (-30%),

1) Subs are now more deadly at night (50% higher attack/defence),
2) Destroyers got now higher attack rating at night (30%).
3) their org is limited to make sub battles short, but intensive.
